Precautions for operation of riveting machine

1. Do not process tasks beyond the standard and nominal requirements.

2. Do not work for long periods of time under high pressure.

3. The length of the rivet head should not exceed the rules.

4. Hydraulic oil should be replaced after one year of use.

5. Radial equipment should be regularly coated with smooth oil.

6. Immediately park and repair in case of any abnormality, until the fault is cleared.

7. The installation and removal of the rivet head of the riveting machine should be slow, especially when disassembling the rivet head, do not use brute force to pull it out. Instead, rotate the rivet head and slowly pull it out with downward force. If the rivet seat for inserting the rivet head is pulled out of its normal position, there will be a significant error in the orientation of the rivet head after installation. At this moment, the red safety cover should be removed and the rivet seat should be installed in place before use, otherwise the machine will be easily damaged.

8. The guide rails of the equipment should be coated with butter once a month to make them smooth and rust resistant.

9. When using rivet heads to process certain materials, there may be subtle bonding surfaces. In order to ensure the quality of riveting, the rivet heads should be regularly sorted to avoid thickening of metal bonding. Fix the rivet head onto the chuck of the lathe during sorting, and then polish it with sandpaper.

10. After one month of use, the radial riveting machine should be used to smooth the spherical pair.
