Riveting machine is a new type of riveting equipment developed based on the principle of cold rolling, which refers to a mechanical device that can use rivets to rivet objects together. Working principle of riveting machine:
The working principles of riveting machines are generally divided into two types, namely radial and rotary rolling. They have significant differences in structural implementation and motion trajectory, as shown below:
1. Radial riveting machine: The motor transmits motion to the spindle through a coupling, and the spindle transmits motion to the spherical motion pair through a planetary mechanism with few tooth differences. At the same time, the hydraulic system drives the piston and the spherical pair to apply downward pressure. When the rivet head contacts the rivet, it rotates around the rivet centerline (i.e. the spindle centerline) in an 11 petal plum blossom motion trajectory to perform non sliding rolling on the rivet, completing the riveting work.

2. Rotary riveting machine: The motor transmits motion to the main shaft through a coupling, while the hydraulic system drives the piston and the main shaft to apply downward pressure. When the rivet head contacts the rivet, it revolves around the rivet centerline (i.e. the main shaft centerline), while the rivet head rotates under tangential force, thus forming non sliding rolling.
